Here are the results of NS Basic/Desktop Programming Contest 2007. Many entries show new ideas, neat tricks and high quality of design. We congratulate the winner and thank all participants for making this contest successful. You don't need to be a licensed user of NS Basic/Desktop to try these out. Unless otherwise noted, they will run on Windows 2000, Vista and XP, including Ultra Mobile PC (UMPC), Tablet PC and Embedded XP. Some of the best entries do not appear at all. These projects are usually commercial, developed for a specific user. While they could quite easily win an award, the owners of the program prefer not to publicize the product. In these cases, we have no choice but to leave them out of this listing. It's a pity: there are some remarkable business apps out there. |

Features include H&P, messages, medication refills, lab results and a lot more. Visit notes can be printed or faxed. "I enjoy programming with NSBasic. NSBasic Desktop enables it's user to create complicated computer programs and still keep the whole process fun and simple." Judge's Comments: Wow! This is a serious, commercial grade app that is nicely implemented. It's obvious that a lot of work has gone into this. It also has the ability to exchange information with a Palm OS device (programmed in NS Basic/Palm, of course!)
