The S309Hotkey.ocx version 1.3 provides an ActiveX control that will intercept a Hotkey (Hardware and Keyboard) and notifies a program that the hotkey has been pressed and or released. 

Installation of HotKey ActiveX control on the Desktop

Transfer the desktop version of the S309HotKey.ocx to the c:\Windows\system32 directory

Register the control on the desktop by doing:

Start - Run - regsvr32 c:\Windows\system32\S309HotKey.ocx

You should get "DllRegisterServer in c:\Windows\system32\S309HotKey.ocx Succeeded."
