Download the ActiveX control for the Desktop so you can use
the control in the VBCE/eVB IDE and the VCCE/eVC IDE.
Unzip the .ocx to your c:\Windows\System32
or c:\WinNT\System32 directory and then
run regsvr32.exe on it.
Download the ActiveX control for the emulator.
Make sure the emulator has the proper mfccexxx.dll and olecexxx.dll in the
\windows directory of the emulator (where xxx is 20, 211, or 300 depending the
the OS Version).
